Here's something that's probably pretty sick and wrong: rss2html. This little program will take an RSS RDF file and output the data therein as plain ol' HTML that you can paste into your web page.

Although rss2html is still rather beta software, it's got some nifty features already, and is very stable and quick. It's also small, so that, unlike the other modules or things that you would regularly need to install, this is one tiny stand alone app (e.g. you can avoid PHP). For more information onf all the stuff that rss2html can do, consult the README in the release you download.
