Shrug

I couldn't find a good quotation or song lyric for this one...
--Me, This webpage

So yesterday was an interesting day. I went to work in the afternoon, went to class, then spend the rest of the afternoon at Waldo Library at Western, trying out the wireless network on my PowerBook, which just arrived a day or two ago.

After I had dinner, I joined a couple of people and went and saw a movie at the Little Theatre, um, I believe it was called Serindipity. I mean, okay, the point of the movie was to tug at our heart-strings, so I knew what I was in for. And it could have been really sappy. And it wasn't. Disturbingly, I wasn't frothing after having seen it, so it couldn't have been all that bad.

Following the movie, we headed down to (where else?) Boogies. Dave later arrived and I played a game of Scrabble with him. He beat me pretty badly, of course, I'm really out of practice, so I don't feel all that bad.

On a completely different topic, there's a new release of rss2html, which I mostly hacked up while over at Chauncey's house earlier today. It now handles several new tags by default, has new optimizations for BSD, and is slightly better designed. If you're using it, there's no reason not to upgrade.

Beyond that, though, I can't think of anything else to report on my end here. If you're just dying to hear from me, give me an e-mail and I'm sure I can mumble on about something else completely non-constructive.
